Ava is obsessed with princesses. Every day, many times a day, we are ordered, "Tell me [insert name of Disney princess here]." We mostly oblige, but to make the stories more bearable (or perhaps just amusing to himself), Daniel has begun to add "and they had babies" after "happily ever after."
Ava resisted initially, but has begun to eagerly chime in: "Ten babies!" A few nights ago, Daniel said, "Yeah, but not all at once. One at a time, like Mommy and Daddy. First we had..."
"Ava!" she replied.
"And then..." Daniel cued.
"Timmy!"
"And then..."
"Genevieve..."
"And then..."
"TWINS!"
That might just kill me.
